Product Overview
The QCKB series is a range of neutral carbide grooving inserts available in 2 mm to 5 mm cut widths. The pressed geometry provides a sharp, self-centering cutting action for external grooving, shoulder turning and plunge cutting on CNC lathes. A polished rake surface and tough carbide substrate keep chips curling and breaking cleanly, which protects the groove walls and gives a predictable surface finish. Each insert is double-ended, effectively doubling the number of cutting edges you get per piece.
