HRC55 3-Flute Solid Carbide End Mill for Aluminum

Product Overview

This 3-flute HRC55 solid carbide end mill is designed for milling aluminum and other non-ferrous alloys. The ultra-fine grain carbide substrate is finished with a multi-layer coating that resists heat and abrasion, keeping the cutting edge sharp through long production runs. Ground peripheries and a controlled core diameter give stable, chatter-free cutting in side milling, slotting, profiling and finishing. The size chart below lists cutting diameter, depth of cut, shank diameter and overall length for every standard size; non-standard lengths and coatings can be made to order.
